Mako sharks roam the world using their senses to seek out easy prey. They are targeted by commercial fisherman world wide and are often a bi-catch of tuna and swordfish anglers. Mako Sharks are known for their ferocious, intimidating teeth and their ability to sky rocket out of the water. These mako shark mounts were molded off of actual mako sharks and make the perfect centerpiece for any home, marina or a special man cave or restaurant setting.
Mako sharks are normally a very deep blue color that fades to a greyish/silvery side and a white belly. Often they even have a purplish tint to their skin and sometimes they can even look just totally dark gray. Depending on whether you are actually commemorating a catch or just looking for decoration, we can either custom paint your new mako shark mount from your picture or you can give our artists creative ability to paint them to their liking.
Each Mako Shark mount will arrive to you with an easy to hang bracket on the backside of the replica. Hold the shark up on the wall, mark the spot where the bracket touches the wall, drill in a screw or hammer in a nail and then hang your new shark mount. The "easy level" bracket will allow you to position the shark parallel to the ground or pivoted so that the shark mount is either swimming up your wall or down your wall. The choice is yours! Remember, keep your hands out of its mouth, the teeth are sharp.
