This stunning 28" right facing seatrout full mount, which we call a two sided wall mount, is positioned into a nice pose with the head kicked up a bit and turning away from the wall. This piece is extremely realistic, including custom painted eyes on both sides of the head, artificial teeth and skin texture that was captured during the molding process.

Fish Mount Painting Schedule

We painted this seatrout to look "lit up" and alive as if it was swimming on your wall. We started with a goldish tint and worked in a little olive green on the back. Yellow was used to showcase the traditional yellow these saltwater river fish normally have on the edges of their mouths and in their mouths. After aibrushing all the silver halos we added the spots to accurately represent seatrout's spots. The final process was to push some irridescant pearls and blues across the back to give this seatrout replica the same look as when you are pulling them out of the water. The pictures you see in this listing are the actual pictures of the fish replica you will receive.

Seatrout Fish Mount Installation Process

Our easy to hang bracket arrives already attached to the backside, balance point of this fish mount. After removing this fish mount from the packaging, hold up the fish mount up on the wall where you would like it to live and then mark the spot where the hanger is on the wall. Then drill in a screw or hammer in a nail and the bracket will easily hang on the nail or screw head.

Stock speckled sea trout

I was a little skeptical about purchasing an in stock replica of a speckled sea trout but it came in just a few days and is GREAT. There is a small, I guess you'd call it a flaw, but for me makes the mount look even more real! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be ordering more!!
