38" Black Grouper Half Mount

Fish Mount Guarantee This black grouper fish mount is part of our half sided series. This black grouper is the front half of our two sided wall mount 38" black grouper. Like all half mounts, the production of the front side of a two part mold to create a one sided half mount requires less labor and materials cost and therefore allows us to offer a lower cost option then the two sided alternative.

Black Grouper Mount Paint Schedule

Black groupers roam the southern portion of Florida and all throughout the Florida Keys, Caribbean and portions of Mexico. Like other fish, black groupers can have many different variations of coloring however our standard paint job includes a combination of brown, copper and black tones with subtle copper spots and intricate soft white pearl markings running from its face, throughout the flank and into the tail. The fins are tipped with a hard black and white finish for that authentic black grouper look. The final step of the finishing process is to spray a UV protecting clear coat to give it superior protection indoors or outside. We do not custom paint our half sided series replicas.

Each fish mount in our half sided series arrives with a fiberglass hanger on the backside of the fish mount. This allows easy installation once you receive your new fish mount.
