This bluefish fish mount is part of our half sided series. A half sided mount is produced by casting the front part of our two sided wall mount molds. When displayed the circumference of the half mount is either touching the wall or very close to the wall. This process cuts labor and supplies cost and therefore results in a lower price point however the skin texture and finishing process is the same as a traditional full mount.

Bluefish are a highly sought after gamefish. Bluefish are known for both their incredible speed and aggressive attacks on baitfish. Like other fish, bluefish can have many different variations of coloring however our standard paint job includes the grey and blue-green back color and a silvery side fades to a lighter underside. The final step of the finishing process is to spray a UV protecting clear coat to give it superior protection indoors or outside. We do not custom paint our half sided series replicas.

Each fish mount in our half sided series arrives with a fiberglass hanger on the backside of the fish mount. This allows easy installation once you receive your new fish mount.
